In the summer of last year we decided to create a refuge in nature to escape from everyday life. Far away from the city and the street noise and yet close to the beach and just under an hour from Kaliningrad(as soon as the new federal highway is ready, even faster).
Since we live in Germany and can only be in Jantarny temporarily, the implementation, according to meticulous planning, was unfortunately not very satisfactory due to the executing company on site. In the summer of 2025, it was planned to complete the interior decoration of the two tiny houses and to do the last steps. It turned out on the spot: there were no tiny houses at all.
After initial disappointment and consultation with a lawyer, we initiated the necessary steps against the company and considered leaving. But we stayed and built a tiny house from scratch ourselves. Without experience. A few days and nights of research and construction work began.
Under maximum time pressure, we built this tiny house in about 2.5 weeks. In the coming spring we will carry out the installation of the interior cladding, sanitary installations, as well as equipment and decoration in order to be able to offer you the first Tiny House for rent.
We are working hard to get the first Tiny House ready and will continue directly with the second one. The first one will probably be available for rental as early as summer 2026. We are looking forward to seeing you!
